The Mineral Vein Dynamics Modeling project will be conducted by a multidisciplinary group of researchers at seven Universities (University of Glasgow, RWTH Aachen, University of Tübingen, ETH Zürich, University of Bayreuth, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and University of Mainz). It consists of several subprojects that all collaborate to study the dynamics of mineral vein systems in the Earth's Crust.The project is financed by the "Deutsche Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Erdöl, Erdgas und Kohle e.V." (DGMK, project 718) within the frame of the basic research program of the "Wirtschaftsverband Erdöl- und Erdgasgewinnung e.V." (WEG).
